- Orders are confirmed only after successful payment verification via PayFast.
2. Delivery Policy
- We deliver nationwide in South Africa.
- Estimated delivery is 2 to 5 working days after dispatch.
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, weather, or high-volume periods.
- Please ensure your delivery details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
- A delivery fee may apply and will be shown at checkout where applicable.
3. Cancellation Policy
- Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch.
- If your order has not yet been dispatched, contact us immediately at info@frenchclinic.co.za or WhatsApp us on 082 319 6052.
- Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and the refund policy will apply.
4. Refund & Returns Policy
- Due to hygiene and product safety requirements, returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
- To request a return or refund, notify us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item/packaging.
- Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method after return inspection.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item supplied).
